Frequently asked questions

Houses for sale

How much does a house in Puerto Vallarta cost?

It depends on the area: accessible houses from ~USD 80k in neighborhoods like San Vicente; mid-market from ~USD 250k in 5 de Diciembre or Versalles; view villas from USD 700k. Indicative October 2026 ranges; my areas page details each one.

Can I buy a house as a foreigner?

Yes, through a bank trust inside the restricted coastal zone: you hold every right of use, sale and inheritance. My fideicomiso guide covers costs and timelines.

Do your listings accept financing?

Many do, with Mexican bank credit or INFONAVIT if you qualify; direct seller payment is also negotiated. We define your financing first, and on that basis I show you what you can really buy.
